Damaged product | Report the damage within 48 hours with photos. The company will inspect the damage and cover the return shipping costs if necessary. |
Received wrong product | Contact customer service, the company will cover the return shipping costs and send the correct product. |
Product never arrived | Contact customer service, investigation will be initiated, full refund or replacement. |
